"I THE LORD WILL HASTEN IT IN THE APPOINTED TIME"

Isa. 60:22 “aA little one shall become a thousand and a small one a strong nation.  I the Lord wil hasten in His time." The glories of Isaiah 60 are yet to be fulfilled in the Gospel Church.  The promises of this Great Glory have waited what seems to man-kind a long time for its fulfillment.  Theses material and spiritual blessings of Isaiah 60 must be accompanied by inward righteousness, that God might display his splendor.   God will not delay the fulfillment of what He promises and yes He will not act until the fullness of time. Brother Bob Jones in Birmingham, Alabama, September 26, 2009 prophesied that he believes The Harvest will begin this year and the church will Arise in the Glory of the Lord.  He further stated this Great Glory will be a suddenly with great power.  I, the Lord will hasten it in His time.”  This is and has been my calling and agenda since a visitation of the Lord in 1990.  The Lord came and stood by my bed in a vision of the night.  He was all light and glory.  He covered me with a blanket of light.  He spoke to me, “Arise and shine, for you light has come, and the glory of the Lord is upon you.  Gross darkness will cover the earth, but you will be a light to shine in the darkness. Brother Bob says that as the dark gets darker, the only light the world will have is the light of the gospel church.  As I stated last week, He prophesied that we have come to the time of The Harvest. Isaiah 60 describes the glories of the appointed time of Isa. 60:22.  Chapters 58-59 revealed the Feast of Trumpets and the Feast Day of Atonement.  In the unbridgeable gap between the shame of God’s people, and their glory stands the figure of God as Avenger and Redeemer. 59:16-21:  and he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him: and his righteousness it sustained him.  For he put on righteousness as a breastplate, and a helmet of salvation upon his head; and he put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, and was clad with zeal as a cloak.  According to their deeds, accordingly he will repay, fury to his adversaries, recompense to his enemies; to the islands he will repay recompense.  So shall they fear the name of the lord from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun.  when the enemy shall in like a flood, the spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him.  And the Redeemer shall come to Zion, and unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, says the Lord….” Chapter 60 is a picture of an incredible transformation,   The new Testament translates Isaiah’s concept into spiritual and universal terms.  The word Glory in its various forms is found 23 times in chapters 60-66!  So we will see a glorious dawning (60), a joyous wedding (61-62), a righteous victory (63-64), and a marvelous birth (65-66).   Beginning in chapter 60, we see a panorama of the Feast of Tabernacles.  This Feast in the O.T. is a type and shadow of the Glory of God.  This corresponds to the Most Holy Places in the tabernacle of Moses, and is the 7th Sabbath from Adam and the 3rd day from Jesus.  Thus, Isa. 60-66 reveals this New Day.
  1. 60 – The New Light
  2. 61 -  The New Priesthood
  3. 62 – the New Husband
  4. 63 – the New Mercy
  5. 64 – the New Prayer
  6. 65 – the New Heavens and the New Earth.
  7. 66 – the New City (Jerusalem).
At length the dark clouds of sin and impending judgment roll away before the prophet’s vision, and in chapters 60-62 he hails the rising sun of Jerusalem restored.  Chapter 60 describes the ideal Zion. Zion is the most established and sure place in the world.  No government, nation, refuge. Or stronghold of this age can compete with it. (Isa. 29:8).  We will see the Lord establish His government in His Holy Nation.  Zion has a King who reigns forever in a Kingdom which extends to all generations.  He is alive in God’s sons.  Zion is known not traced out with a boundary.  Zion is the Most Holy Place of the Tabernacles of Moses with all its truths.  Zion is becoming a present reality. (Heb. 12: 22-24).  Zion is spreading without observation throughout the earth yet Is being readied to rule over all.  Zion is the government of God in the earth.  Zion is a Kingdom People. Zion, generally speaking, is the church.  Specifically, Zion is the overcomer in the church.  The Zion company is the man-child out of the woman (Rev. 12: 1-6) and is also seen in the 144,000 (Rev. 14:1-8).  Zion is the Judah and the Joseph Company, the army of Joel 2, and the priesthood after the order of Melchisedec. (this parallels the Zadok priesthood of Ezek. 44)  Zion is a governmental company of full-grown sons who have been apprehended unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.  Those in Zion are under the full and complete Lordship of Jesus Christ. Isa. 60: 1-4: “Arise, Shine, for your light is come and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you.  For, behold the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people; but the Lord shall Arise upon you, and His glory shall be seen upon you.  The Gentiles shall come to you light, and Kings to the brightness of your rising.  Lift up your eyes around about, and see; all they that gather themselves together, they come to you; your sons shall come fron far, and your daughters shall be nurses at your side.” The glorious churche arise sout of the duality of the Feast of Pentecost in the Holy Place and into the singleness of the Feast of Tabernacles in the Most Holy Place.  Light is a symbol of understanding and Life.   Eph. 1:18:  The eyes of your understanding being enlightened that you may know what is the hope of His calling, and  what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints.” John 1:4:  “In Him was life; and the life was the light of men.” The Day of the Lord is light and darkness at the same time!  This is why I have a strong witness on the prophecy given by Bro. Bob Jones.  In the coming year, he prophesied will be the darkest time the U.S.A. has ever known.  At the same time, it will be the most glorious time of the church when we will come forth as light in the darkness.”  This is what the Word says.   For those who are walking after the Spirit, it is getting brighter. (Prov. 4:18).  for the light of the just is as the shining light that shines more and more unto the perfect day.” For those who are walking after the flesh (or their five natural senses- the circumstantial realm), it is getting darker. (Ex. 10:21-27; Rev. 3:10).  The nations will come to the light of life.  Even Kings will come.   60:5:  “Then you shall see and flow together, and your heart shall fear, and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be converted unto you, the forces of the Gentiles shall come unto you.” The church will come into the unity of the spirit and the bond of peace that we may all flow together in the river of God without the turbulence of egos and mind sets of vanity of religion and the vain glory of reputations. Solomon’s administration exemplifies the zenith of the prosperity of the Kingdom in the Old Testament.  1 I Kg. 10, the queen of Sheba came to Solomon with her praise and her finances.  In the Feast of Tabernacles, there is harvesting of the nations.  The wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just. (Prov. 13:22)  The wealth of nations is coming into the hands of God’s people.  The god of mammon is going to bow to the King and His Church.  Let us lift up our eyes to new horizons and see the Kingdom.  Let us behold the flow of the Holy Ghost to bring it about. The following verses are a graphic description of the returning exiles( from Babylon; from the Dark Ages; from the curse).  The scattered sons and daughters are seen gathering home, bearing with the wealth of nations, and followed by the peoples.  The established city is then seen as built by strangers, while surrounding peoples submit themselves, or perish; and Jehovah is known as Savior, Redeemer and Mighty One.  Then the ultimate conditions of the high noon of prosperity are set forth.  Material prosperity and moral rectitude are to issue from perfect government.  As Christians we must keep our focus on the Government of the Lord and His Kingdom.  As we stay within that government, then we will be blessed regardless of the darkness over the earth.  The glory of the people is to be Jehovah Himself, and the issue is perfect gladness.  The days of mourning are to be ended, and all weakness change into strength! 60:-6:  “The multitude (a stream) of camels shall cover you, the dromedaries of Midian ( “rule, government, judgment, subjugation”) and Ephah.  All  they from Sheba shall come; they shall bring gold and incense; and they shall show forth the praises of the Lord.  These were places that were famed for their camels and sheep.  Their plight at the time Isaiah wrote this was that pitifully few exiles had returned.  This is a type of the remnant.  It was not for another 75 years or so that the Persians permitted the rebuilding of the city walls; the Jews were politically helpless, a tiny state dominated by an all-powerful Medo-Persian empire.  Humiliation would give place not to insignificant mediocrity, but to unimaginable glory.  Her humiliation gives way to exaltation.  Her weakness gives way to strength.  Her poverty gives way to wealth.  Her troubles give way to salvation and safety.  Her darkness gives way to perpetual light.  Her sin gives way to righteousness.  Her insignificance gives way to importance. 60:7-8 “All the flocks of Kedar shall be gathered together unto you, the rams of Nebaioth shall minister unto you; and they shall come up with acceptance on my altar, and I will glorify the house of my glory.  Who are these that fly as a cloud, and as the doves to their windows? The prophet looks to the West and beholds a company coming on the wings of a dove  in the appearance of clouds. 9-10-11-12:  Surely the isles shall wait for me, and the ships of Tarshish, first to bring your sons from far, then silver and then gold with them, unto the name of the Lord your God, and to the Holy One of Israel, because he has glorified you  And the sons of strangers shall build up your walls and their kings shall minister unto you, for in my wrath I smote you, but in my favor have I had mercy on you.  Therefore your gates shall be open continually; they shall not be shut day or night, that men may bring unto you the forces of the gentiles, and that  their kings only are brought.  For the nation and kingdom that will not serve you shall perish, yea, their nations shall be utterly wasted.” Another point Bro. Bob made was this would be the year the soul would be raptured into the Spirit.  I have a teaching on the Death of the Carnal Soul and the ultimate living and walking in the Spirit. The return of the Jews from Babylon then reveals the renewing of the mind or the transformation of the soul.  In this context, Isa. 60-66 describes the Mind of  Christ.  Psa. 120-134 describes the ascent of the soul into union with the Spirit. Romans 8:5:  For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh, but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.  For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.  Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of god neither indeed can be.  So then they that are I the flesh cannot please god.  But you are not in the flesh, but in the spirit, if the Sprit of God dwells in you.  Now if any man has not the Spirit of christ, he is none of His. And if christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the spirit is life because of righteousness. Babylon represents the captivity that sin and worldliness bring the children of disobedience.  It also represents the punishment god directs at those who refuse to repent of his sin. Babylon is a harlot gone into full perdition.  Remember that god allowed Babylon to take His people captive because of  the evil they did in His sight.  He sent prophets to warn them, yet they would not repent.  Therefore, he gathered these rejecters into Babylon.  God does this same thing in “type” during the tribulation; worldly Christians who do not repent will be gathered spiritually in Babylon.  Moreover, it will be there that the wrath of God will be most severe.  This is not necessarily a physical place, but a condition of the heart.  It is a heart so hardened to the revelation of Christ they are all but hopeless.” (Van Tanner T.S.T. of God) But those who have sold out to the Lord will be part of the Glorious Light of Jesus. 13-14:“The glory of Lebanon shall come to you, the fir tree, the pine tree, and the box together, to beautify the place of My sanctuary; and I will make the place of My feet flourish.  That sons also of them that afflicted you shall come bending  to you; and all they that despised you shall bow themselves down at the soles of your feet; and they call you, the city of the Lord, the Zion of the Holy One of Israel.
