VISION GIVEN TO CAROLYN SISSOM

On Friday, October 10, 2025, I had a vision of the night of four white spirit horses sent by God with a message to God’s people. They came in very fast from four different directions. I was standing preaching in the center of them as they ministered to people. My preaching was an attempt to instruct the people of their mission. In an instant, one of the horses, came up in my face and said, “What is your answer, “Yes” or “No.” I instantly replied “Yes!” Though their body appearance was pure white and in the shape of horses, their features were more pointed than the face of horses. There were two horns coming out of their heads, (which represents power). There was a circle of silver stars around their horns. They had a mouth to speak and eyes to see (End of Vision given to Carolyn Sissom).
I can’t imagine what the LORD asked me to say “Yes” to. It seems to me that I have said, “Yes” to everything He ever asked of me. However, there is probably something yet to be required. Well, in the vision, I already said, “Yes.”. Hopefully, by the Grace of God, I will follow through with great joy.
Zech 1:8-11: I saw by night, and behold, a man riding on a red horse, and it stood among the myrtle trees in the hollow; and behind him were horses: red, sorrel, and white horses. Then I said, “My lord, what are these?” So, the angel who talked with me said to me, “I will show you what they are.”
In Zacharian’s vision, (6:6) the white horses were sent to the West. The United States is considered the West.
Zech. 6:6: The one with the black horses is going toward the north country the one with the white horses toward the west, and the one with dappled horses toward the south. (CEB) (CEV).
Since the LORD GOD is presently active in dealing with the enemies of Israel and bringing peace to Israel, AND Zachariah is the only place where white horses (plural) are mentioned other than the Book of Revelation where we ride with Jesus on white horses, I am confident I can use Zechariah’s vision to help interpret my vision especially considering the time we are in.
Horses symbolize dominance and strength. The horses in Zechariah’s vision are spirit horses sent forth into the earth to accomplish God’s mission. They are here acting as God’s scouts that report conditions to Him. I don’t believe they are symbolic at all; but actual Spirit horses which Zechariah saw in his vision. I know they were Spirit horses in the vision given to me. I also know with a certainty they came with a message from God.
Zech. 1:10-11: And the man who stood among the myrtle trees answered and said, “These are the ones whom the LORD has sent to walk to and fro throughout the earth.” So, they answered the Angel of the LORD, who stood among the myrtle trees, and said, “We have walked to and fro throughout the earth, and behold, all the earth is resting quietly.”
This man who stood by the red horse was none other than the Messiah, preparing to ride forth against the nations who had been cruelly afflicting Israel. Red here typifies fiery judgment. The Red Horseman of Revelation 6 is sent to sow strife and war in the earth. This mysterious “Horseman” is also referred to as the Angel of the LORD (Christ appeared as the Angel of the Lord in other Old Testament theophanies.) How beautifully both the human and divine nature of Jesus is combined in this composite picture! How awesome that Zechariah saw Jesus as the Son of Man interceding to the Lord God for Israel and the people of the earth.
The Jew, as we know, is indeed an everlasting sign which shall not be cut off. But so too is the Church, the Bride of Christ, and her sons are for “signs and wonders.” Just as the Messiah appeared to vanquish the enemies of Judah (and did, in the following years), so shall He appear among His Bride and vanquish the latter-day enemies of the church.
Which is what we are watching under the governance of President Donald J. Trump. Likewise, through the agency of the Holy Spirit, intercession is being and has been poured out by the Body of Christ on earth. The ministry of the intercessor is always required to bring God’s mercy and power into the world. The ministry of intercession which He continues at the Father’s right hand is a vital necessity for the deliverance and preservation of His people.
It is my persuasion we have come into the time when angels are now playing a great part in God’s Kingdom plan in the earth. In the latter days they are to play a great part in the earth. Zechariah was transported by vision into the Latter Days and enjoyed the communion and assistance of angels.
Zech. 1:12-15: Then the Angel of the LORD answered and said, “O LORD of hosts, how long will You not have mercy on Jerusalem and on the cities of Judah, against which You were angry these seventy years?” The LORD answered the angel who talked to me, with good and comforting words.
So, the angel who spoke with me said to me, “Proclaim, saying, ‘Thus says the LORD of hosts:
I am zealous for Jerusalem
And for Zion with great zeal.
I am exceedingly angry with the nations at ease;
For I was a little angry,
And they helped—but with evil intent.
The portrait of the Messiah seems to be set ablaze with divine jealousy---a word in the Hebrew sometimes translated as “the very flame of Jah.” The great eternal love of the Lord for Jerusalem and Israel is indeed a consuming fire (Vs. 14).
Zech. 1:16Therefore, thus says the LORD:
I am returning to Jerusalem with mercy;
My house shall be built in it,” says the LORD of hosts,
“And a surveyor’s line shall be stretched out over Jerusalem. (She shall be enlarged).
Again proclaim, saying, ‘Thus says the LORD of hosts:
“My cities shall again spread out through prosperity;
The LORD will again comfort Zion,
And will again choose Jerusalem.”
It is so awesome to me to see this in light of Jesus Christ, the son of Man interceding to the LORD in Zechariah’s vision. Zechariah saw by vision the ministry of the Son of Man on earth.
As a faithful Lover and Husband, the Lord returned to Israel. His House, He declared, would be built in their midst (It was). His prosperity would be spread abroad throughout her cities (This too came to pass!) He promised to comfort and bless her; and protect her against all her enemies (and He kept his word!) The Lord is still keeping His Word and we are watching the mighty Hand of God move again for Israel.
Mercy gloried over judgment, just as it does in this Latter Day when Jesus Christ appears in our midst, too, as the MAN who rides forth in judgment upon all the enemies of His Spiritual Israel and natural Israel; when He and His consecrated priests pour out intercession, and when His love and divine jealousy flame forth in consuming fire. So, he appeared to Zechariah, and so too, praise God! He has appeared to us.
The prophet was required to proclaim God’s compassion and wrath side by side, coupled with an assertion that the divine purpose would nevertheless succeed to such an extent that the moral and spiritual prosperity of God’s people would overflow among the nations. This is a re-affirmation of former prophetic messages in which God’s intention for good is extended beyond the national frontiers of Israel.
In Zechariah’s tenth vision, Chapter 6, he sees four chariots between mountains of brass. These are obviously angelic agencies. Chariots and horses are usually symbolic of both conquest and judgment, Brass is also symbolic of judgment. The two mountains are thought to be Mount Zion (The King’s House) and Mount Moriah (The Temple of the Lord), or Mount of Olives, from which Jesus ascended and to which He shall return.
Zech 6:1-7:And I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and behold, there came four chariots out from between two mountains; and the mountains were mountains of brass. In the first chariot were red horses; and in the second chariot black horses; and in the third chariot white horses; and in the fourth chariot grisled and bay horses. Then I answered and said unto the angel that talked with me, What are these, my lord? And the angel answered and said unto me, These are the four spirits of the heavens, which go forth from standing before the Lord of all the earth. The black horses which are therein go forth into the north country; and the white go forth after them; and the grisled go forth toward the south country. And the bay went forth, and sought to go that they might walk to and fro through the earth: and he said, Get you hence, walk to and fro through the earth. So, they walked to and fro through the earth.
I didn’t see any chariots in the vision given to me of the four white horses. Some prophetic interpreters have said that the chariots and horses represent four great world powers. As I researched the present world powers with the thought that Russia is no longer one of the top four, I discover that India is now listed in the top four with the United States of America, the only superpower. The four beneath the U.S. are (1) India; (2) China (3) United Kingdom (4) Russia.
These nations carry responsibility concerning the wellbeing of the world; but it is certain that the Lord will deal with all nations.
History records these horses fulfilled their mission of judgment. However, these Heavenly spirits are still in the employ of God and the LORD of all the earth. World powers rise and fall according to blessing or judgment of God.
Note the angel talked with Zechariah. When it is said that God or angels have talked with men, I understand that in the literal sense. The horses must be taken literally as to be real heavenly beings that are no doubt Spirit creatures. That there are such horses and other creatures in Heaven is clear from the fact that the visible things on earth clearly show the invisible things in heaven.
That Spirit horse talked to me and it didn’t seem strange at all.
The four chariots with the horses are explained by the angel to be the four spirits of the heavens which go from standing before the Lord of the whole earth.
Suddenly Zechariah’s visions ended and the Word of the Lord came to him directly, instructing him to act as well as prophesy. The seer became a doer of the Word! His portrait of the King now becomes animated, much like a motion picture, as we behold the demonstration of God’s word in “living color.”
Zech. 6:8Then cried he (the angel) upon me, and spoke to me, saying, Behold, these that go toward the North Country have quieted my spirit in the North Country.
The Lord’s Spirit being quieted means God’s wrath had been appeased. God’s wrath had been poured out upon the North Country. By this time, God had been angry with Israel for many years; but now His wrath was turned on the enemies of Israel, because they had overstepped their commission and had also Israel had fulfilled their time for punishment.
Psa. 75:10All the horns of the wicked I will also cut off,
But the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.
