"THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS COME UPON YOU"
'THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS COME UPON YOU"
Introduction to 2010 Conference
July 9, 2010
Luke 11:20: “But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt the Kingdom of God is come upon you.
Jesus ousted a demon from a blind and mute man. The people in the area were amazed and began worshiping Jesus as the Son of David. The Pharisees became jealous and accused Him of witchcraft. They questioned what authority had given him jurisdiction over the demon, presuming that it could have been the ruler of demons, Beelzebub. Jesus is making it clear that He is casting out the devil by a higher governing authority---by the
When Moses and Aaron were performing miracles in Exodus 8, then the magicians said to Pharaoh, This is the finger of God. (8:19). Moses was operating under the government of God to deliver

Prophets around the world have been preparing God’s people personally and corporately during the prophetic revelation movement that began in the 70’s. The Word of the Lord came to the church calling for alignment with the Word of God, the Holy Spirit and the Kingdom purposes for this season. We must accomplish the work of this season before we can handle the challenges of the next. The prophets have been declaring that unless we repent and turn back to the ways of God, that judgment will come. Well, I believe the
To be victorious in these last days, the Body of Christ will need to be carriers of the glory of God. We may sing about His glory, or casually talk about the glory, but carrying God’s glory, or being present when the Glory of God manifests is a weighty thing. You cannot fake or hype the Glory of His Presence. When we go beyond a visitation of the Lord’s presence and move into a deeper habitation, our life must be divinely aligned. There can be no compromise, vain glory or vanity of religion.
We are crossing over to a season of the Hand of God empowering His Church with his divine government for the promised victory of the end-time.
The Lord’s living temple has gone through the fires of refinement, brick by brick. So that it can sustain his glory---because it is only the glory of God that can expel the gross darkness at work in the world today. (Isa. 60: 1-3).
When the Lord was establishing his Church through the governmental authority of the Apostles, the finger of God or the Hand of God was upon them. Acts 5:12 “And they were all with one accord in Solomon’s porch. By the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders wrought.” The signs and wonders wrought by the Apostles were by the same finger of God or Hand of God that Moses performed miracles to deliver a nation from
I believe the fact that the Apostles did many signs and wonders on Solomon’s porch were prophetic of the government of God lost by Solomon being re-established through the Holy Spirit on the Apostles. Through compromise with the world system, men have lost the power and authority of the Kingdom.
In the Old Testament, we read about kings and priests who attempt to set up their own governing systems. Though they were priests and representatives of God, they subtly opposed God’s rule and sought to operate according to their own rules. King Solomon falls prey to this toward the end of his life by marrying women who worship false gods. As a result God tells Solomon that He will remove the kingdom from his heirs and give it over to one of his servants. After Solomon dies the ten northern tribes are separated and come under the kingship of Solomon’s former servant, Jeroboam. God’s nation on the earth, Israel, set up by the godly David under the government of God lasts less than two generations before it is divided because of Solomon’s compromise (1 Ki. 11:31).
God says to Solomon that He will not give the whole kingdom over to Jeroboam. He will hold a little back for David’s descendants, for David’s sake. This is where we begin to clearly see false government take hold in
It is compromise with the world system, religion, politics, Jezebel, mammon, fame, popularity or numbers that we will loose the governmental authority of the
However, King Jesus, the Son of David came and restored the
In 1 Kings 7: 15-22, in great detail, the Word of God describes two pillars on Solomon’s porch. (Vs. 21) “And he set up the pillars in the porch of the temple; and he set up the right pillar; and called the name thereof Jachin; and he set up the left pillar and called the name thereof Boaz.
“Him that overcomes will I make a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go no more out; and I will write upon him the name of My God, and the name of the city of My God, which is new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God; and I will write upon him My new name.”
These pillars point to the government of the Kingdom of God with King Jesus and His Corporate Bride.
On Solomon’s porch these pillars were made of brass and were 18 cubits high and 12 cubits in circumference. God’s divine government brings deliverance from bondage. The chapiters (capitals, crowns) were of molten brass and 5 (grace) cubits high. There was a network or lattice-work like chains, as in the oracle, (thus connecting the pillars with the Holy of Holies in principle). We will not minister under the Hand of God or the finger of God in miracles to the outer court unless we have spent time with the Lord in the Holy of Holies. These were put on the heads of the pillars; then 100 pomegranates (100-fold) were put on the chains. (11 Chr. 3:16) Both pillars were “set up”. Both pillars were named. The pillar on the right hand was Jachin (“whom God makes firm, He will set upright, He shall found or establish, strengthening”) and points to the Lord Jesus.
In Acts, we see early believers enter a new season of divine assignments and authority. They are being empowered by the Hand of God to establish the
The purpose of this conference is to move out by Faith into this level of governmental calling for those who are being commissioned and assigned during this season of defining times when the government of the
Even in my lifetime, we have experienced great moves of God and it all ended in just a few decades. David and Solomon established a holy nation unto God, but after their deaths it was split in two. Jesus came and the apostles went out and under the power of the Kingdom changed the known world. A hundred years later, the miracles were gone. John and Charles Wesley and George Whitefield started the Great Awakening and the Methodist church, but that movement is powerless today. This is true of most of our denominations except for a remnant.
First one must have governmental authority granted to us by the Lord God, based on our calling. Many are called, but few are chosen. Of those who are chosen, how many will remain faithful? Solomon was called and chosen, but he did not remain faithful to the governmental authority entrusted to him for the Lord’s Kingdom. He lost the Kingdom to a false government because of his compromise.
When the Lord gives us a corporate assignment, it will always be bigger than we are and or anything we can do with our own talents and skills. This type of assignment is for taking new territory for God’s Kingdom. There are governmental assignments that go way beyond the sphere of influence that most of us are used to, or able to understand, but we will see more of this type of pioneering authority being imparted in the lives of ordinary---soon to be extraordinary Christians.
This is the kairos we are embarking on as the body of Christ. We will begin to see the advancement of God’s Kingdom like no one has yet seen on earth. This will happen to an increasingly greater degree as God’s government is established because as the government of the
I believe the time has come for the church to break through this ceiling. As we have false government over the nations of the earth, there is false government in the universal church because of the compromise for noses, names and nickles, not to mention popularity that magnifies the flesh.
