“TURN THE BATTLE
AT THE GATE” III
(Isaiah 28: 5-6)

Isaiah 28: 5-6: In that day shall the Lord of hosts be for a crown of glory, and for a diadem of beauty, to the residue of His people. And for a spirit of judgment to him that sits in judgment and for strength to them that turn the battle at the gate.
November 11, 1918 was the end of World War I.
Woodrow Wilson made this proclamation on November 11, 1919:
“A year ago today our enemies laid down their arms in accordance with an
armistice which rendered them impotent to renew hostilities, and gave to the
world an assured opportunity to reconstruct its shattered order and to work out
in peace a new and just set of international relations. The soldiers and people
of the European Allies had fought and endured for more than four years to
uphold the barrier of civilization against the aggressions of armed force. We
ourselves had been in the conflict something more than a year and a half.
With splendid forgetfulness of mere personal concerns, we remodeled our
industries, concentrated our financial resources, increased our agricultural
output, and assembled a great army, so that at the last our power was a
decisive factor in the victory. We were able to bring the vast resources,
material and moral, of a great and free people to the assistance of our
associates in Europe who had suffered and
sacrificed without limit in the cause for which we fought.
Out of this victory there arose new possibilities of political freedom and
economic concert. The war showed us the strength of great nations acting
together for high purposes, and the victory of arms foretells the enduring
conquests which can be made in peace when nations act justly and in furtherance
of the common interests of men.
To us in America the reflections of Armistice Day will be filled with solemn
pride in the heroism of those who died in the country’s service, and with
gratitude for the victory, both because of the thing from which it has freed us
and because of the opportunity it has given America to show her sympathy with
peace and justice in the councils of nations.”

100 years later, November 11, 2018, the nations meet in France to commemorate this great victory for the peace of the world. World War I was one of the largest wars in history and is known as the “war to end all wars.” Yet as Jesus prophesied, there continues to be wars and rumors of wars. Mat. 24:6: You will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
And so the wars have continued on the earth.
On August 13, 2000, the Lord gave me a Prophetic Word under the title, “Turn the Battle at the Gate”. I preached the message a second time on September 20, 2008 applying it to that time. During both of those times, our nation was in the midst of many storms and battles; which have continued without ceasing.
May we be encouraged at the promise of the Victory made for us by the Lord as we stand in the Day of Battle?
Isa. 26:2: Open the gates that the righteous nation which keeps the truth may enter in.
The message in the year 2000 was a call to repentance to “Turn the Battle at the Gate.” I prophesied in the message that unless we resisted the political spirit, religion, Philistines, alliances with those who worship foreign gods, bigotry, abuse, traditions of men, jealousy competition, ambition, greed, control, pride, sectarianism, pragmatism, false hope, false covenants, false prophets, prestige, treachery and betrayal, i.e. all the sins of the world, the church would not have the strength to “Turn the Battle at the Gate.”
Quote from prophecy: “One of the battles before us as the greater Glory of the Lord is released will be a confrontation with the “political spirit”. Do not think that Satan is just going to lie down and let it happen: this spirit is exemplified in scripture by Dairus, Absalom, Pilate, Herodias, the mother of Zebedee’s children, and many others. An ‘apostolic movement of grace’ will expose and lay an axe at the historical root of the political spirit in the church and nations of the earth who are hostile to God’s people.”
I am a absolutely convinced the Remnant is stronger, battle ready, militant and prepared to go to battle against the evil forces over our nation and the nations of the world. I could not say that in the year 2000 or in the year 2008. The Church has been made ready.
This past week we experienced a narrow win in a battle over the political spirit in alignment with the spirit of antichrist, one world order and the dragon. The spiritual war intensifies as the battle for the soul of our nation intensifies. The church must continue to be militant declaring the victory and never accept defeat.
Isa. 62:10: “Go through, go through the gates; prepare the way of the people; cast up, cast up the highway; gather out the stones; lift up a standard for the people.”
The raising of the banner is prophetic of a warrior boldly planting a banner as a sign of taking possession. Raising the flag of the United States is a prophetic symbol of the LORD’S covenant with this nation’s founders. In God we Trust is a banner over this nation. To the spirit of antichrist this is not just a threat, but a promise the LORD will raise up a standard against him.
I believe the LORD has released his angel armies on the earth to deliver our nation through the prayers and declarations of the army on earth. I declare the Mid-Term elections of 2018 have been won by the glorious church as an army with banners (Song 6:4; 10) and the Host of Heaven’s Armies.
Isa. 3-5: I have commanded my sanctified ones, I have also called my mighty ones for mine anger, even them that rejoice in my highness. The noise of a multitude in the mountains, like as of a great people; a tumultuous noise of the kingdoms of nations gathered together; the LORD of hosts musters the host of the battle. They come from a far country, from the end of heaven, even the LORD, and the weapons of his indignation, to destroy the whole land.
We are surrounded by the Host – Heaven’s armies, which are under the command of the Archangel, Michael.
Heavenly host = (stratia) = “Troops of angels; an army, band of soldiers, in the New Testament, the hosts of heaven.”
Neh. 9:6: You alone are the LORD; You have made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host. The earth and everything on it, the seas and all that is in them, and you preserve them all. The host of heaven worships You.
1 Ki. 22:19: then Micaiah (the Lord’s Prophet)said, “Hear the word of the LORD; I saw the LORD sitting on His throne, and all the host of heaven standing by on His right hand and on His left.
The Lord spoke to me a several months ago that the Illuminati and the dragon have conspired to remove Donald J. Trump. We know the *Illuminati is the strong man over the One World Order. Of course, Satan is the dragon, but the symbol and flag of China is also the dragon.
In Isaiah 27:1, we see the punishment of Israel’s enemies and the triumph of the Kingdom. It is important to note these enemies are symbolized by leviathan (Psa. 74:14). They are described in triplet:
- Piercing serpent
- Crooked serpent
- Dragon that is in the sea.
We can identify this with the Dragon from the sea of the Book of Revelation. The unholy trinity is to kill, steal and destroy, i.e. Death, Thief and Destroyer; the beast the false prophet and Satan. Here we have the Piercing serpent, crooked serpent and dragon that is in the sea.
The dragon from the sea gives the Beast his power. The beast is believed to be metaphorical of unredeemed humanity.
As I wrote in the introduction, I believe we have witnessed the alliance of the political spirit, the dragon and the antichrist in the intense warfare surrounding the Mid-Term elections.

It is time for the façade of corrupt governing systems and religious hypocrisy of our day to be exposed. The pursuit of power and money is what drives people to lose their moral compass.
The political spirit is the mastermind that forges alliances with the religious and Jezebel spirits to forward its own hidden agenda. This is political propaganda masquerading as a quest for the greater good. The false prophets of this principality are the prophets of Ahab.
The political spirit has been specifically assigned to block the establishment of the government of the Kingdom of God on the earth by instituting false government and corrupt political practices. It is the spirit behind the positioning and strife we see in earthly governments and behind divisions in the Church; it’s the hidden mastermind using the spirit of lawlessness of the spirit of antichrist to spread terrorism and anarchy across the globe today.
Isaiah 25:1 is a Song of Praise to God for the anticipated deliverance of His people. The principle of praise will equip us to stand in the Day of Battle. O Lord, You are my God; I will exalt You, I will praise Your name; for You have done wonderful things: Your counsels of old are faithfulness and truth. For you have made of a city an heap; of a defensed city a ruin; a palace of strangers to be no city; it shall never be built, Therefore shall the strong people glorify You, the city of the terrible nations shall fear You.
I believe the Host of Heaven’s armies have been released for this battle. God is appointing His officers and commissioning His troops. You are moving into an era of deployment---a season of fulfillment---of actually accomplishing the eternal purpose that God has ordained for our lives…
Our natural reasoning is most always self-justifying or worse, self-promoting and it leads to false governing systems---systems that are ultimately man-made and block the operation of the Kingdom and government of God in that sphere. This is what the political spirit uses to corrupt divine order. It creates false government that is contrary to God’s sovereign rule, and it is not only deceptive, but also destructive.
Isaiah 26:1-2: In that day shall this song be sung in the land of Judah; We have a strong city; salvation will God appoint for walls and bulwarks. Open you the gates that the righteous nation which keeps the truth may enter in. You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You; because he trusts in You. Trust you in the Lord forever; for in the Lord Jehovah is everlasting strength;”
In the year 2000, I was calling ministers, ministries, saints and sinners to repentance that they would be able to “Turn the Battle At the Gate.” In the past 18 years, our nation has experienced many judgments. However, the church is arising and awakening. They are beginning to fight and not faint at every challenge Satan throws at us. The Church is stronger than it was in 2000 and even in 2008 (the last time I preached on Turn the Battle at the Gate). The Church is now fighting with the Host of Heaven. We have been awakening from our slumber.
As Christians, our first pledge of allegiance is to Jesus Christ who is The Lord My Banner, Jehovah-nissi.
Psalm 20:5: “We will rejoice in your salvation, and in the name of our God we will set up our banners…”
Jesus Christ is Heaven’s banner, the rallying point of all creation. John explained that “As Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up; that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
“For he that turned toward it was saved, not by what he saw but by thee the Savior of all.”
When the “flag” was ready to be raised at Calvary, Jesus said, “If I be lifted up from the earth, I will draw all men unto me.” (Jn. 12:32
Jeremiah 50:2: “Declare among the nations, and publish, set up a standard; publish, and conceal not; say, Babylon is taken, Bel is confounded, Merodah is broken in pieces; her idols are confounded, her images are broken in pieces.”
Isa. 30:17: “One thousand shall flee at the rebuke of one; at the rebuke of five shall ye flee; till you are left as a beacon upon the top of a mountain, and as an ensign on a hill.”
Isa. 31:9: “He shall pass over to his strong hold for fear, and his princes shall be afraid of the ensign, says the LORD, whose fire is in Zion, and his furnace in Jerusalem.”
God has been preparing His church---equipping and training His people---to be filled to overflowing with His honor and glory.
God’s living temple has gone through the fires of refinement, brick by brick, so that we can sustain His glory---because it is only the glory of God that can expel the gross darkness at work in the world today (Isa. 60: 1-3). Working behind the scenes to gain power over spiritual and natural territories by controlling the world’s governing systems. This spiritual enemy manifests in the form of false government, which has reaped deception and destruction throughout the Church and the world. It is the cunning spirit behind every corrupt governing system---and it can only be displaced by the true government of God.
As God establishes true apostolic government, the political spirit that has taken hold in the Church will be exposed. When you deal with God’s government, you deal with the hand of the Lord. When the hand of the Lord is in operation, the false things will be exposed and rendered powerless.
Positionaly, we have been given every victory in Christ. But we are only able to walk in that victory to the extent of our revelation of the authority that we possess and abide in through Christ…Jesus bound the strong man, took authority over him, spoiled him openly, and rendered him useless, harmless, and ineffective through the cross. “Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them triumphing over them.
Psalm 60:4: “You have given a banner to them that fear you, that it may be displayed because of the truth. Selah. That your beloved may be delivered; save with your right hand, and hear me.”
Ps. 60:11-12: “Give us help from trouble; for vain is the help of man. Through God we shall do valiantly; for it is He who shall tread down our enemies.”
