I had a dream on August 28, 2021. In the dream was written out “preach on David Wilkerson’s prophecy, “Drastic Weather Changes and Earthquakes.”
Last Sunday evening, we felt the leading to study David Wilkerson’s book, “The Vision and Beyond” published in 2004 which includes prophesies he received in 1974 published in “The Vision.”
Chapter 2, “Drastic Weather Changes and Earthquakes” is part of a vision given to him in 1974.
Though I was praying against Hurricane Ida, when I went to bed, my heart was still focused on Afghanistan. Like all Americans, our heart is broken over the 13-dead and 3 wounded soldiers. We are heartbroken to see the shabby evacuation from Afghanistan. Yet I know our seed of the Word, Blood and Treasure will bring forth a 100-fold. I have been prophesying Jeremiah 34:17 into the broken covenants by Joe Biden, The Afghan Government, and the Taliban.
My Bible reading Saturday morning was in Numbers 22-24. It is the story where King Balak offered to bribe Balaam to curse Israel. Balaam told the king’s servants, Though Balak was to give me his house full of silver and gold, I could not go beyond the word of the LORD my God, to do less or more (22:18).
So, once again I deliver the message written out for me in a vision of the night. I was called by God to preach. He has faithfully spoken to me these 35-years exactly what He wants me to preach. I follow along by faith since only the title “Drastic Weather Changes and Earthquakes” was written out.
Like so many, I have children and grandchildren in the wake of the storm. Bonnie’s son, Michael has been sent to aid in the recovery. We have ministry friends who we love as family whose lives will be affected. We pray the LORD will have mercy and the storm will weaken before it hits land.
David Wilkerson (1973): “Drastic weather changes are breaking records around the world. Some experts believe this is caused by volcanic ash from the eruptions in Iceland now being carried by the jet stream in the troposphere. I personally believe that much of the drastic weather we are seeing throughout the world today can be explained up to this point by science (1973) … In my vision, I have seen very little that is supernatural about the drastic weather changes we have experienced up to this time (1973). BUT I also see very clearly divine intervention about to happen throughout the world. This word had best prepare for weather changes that cannot be explained by any other word but “supernatural.” The word is about to witness the beginnings of great sorrows brought about by history’s most drastic weather changes, earthquakes, floods, terrible calamities---far surpassing anything ever yet witnessed” (David Wilkerson)
I personally felt that the time of the “beginning of sorrows” was on 9/11/01.
Matthew 24: 6-9: You shall hear of wars and rumors of wars. Se that you be not troubled. For all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There shall be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of sorrows. Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake.
August 13, 2021 at 11:42 AM “In April I gave the prophetic word listed below. It identified a 7.7 earthquake in Antarctica as a sign of the "advanced Justice". Yesterday there was a 7.7 in Antarctica (7.5 to 8.1 depending on the agency) and it has been followed by a multitude of strong earthquakes still going on. The Hammer is coming down.
Antarctica You Are About to be Visited by the Justice of God
"Thou shalt be visited of the LORD of hosts with thunder, and with earthquake, and great noise, with storm and tempest, and the flame of devouring fire." Isaiah 29:16
Watch as the Lord begins to go to the covert deep places where the "deep state" has thought they were hidden and secure even from Him. They thought they created shields from God Himself but their absolute folly will be exposed. They will be visited by thunder, by innumerable and seemingly unending earthquakes. They will be visited by roaring noises that instill dread and foreboding beyond measure. They will experience bizarre storms and tempests. Devouring fires will also rise seemingly from nowhere and chase them out of their holes. The Lord and His JUSTICE take another step onto earth and those who have embraced Lucifer and evil will surely know that they have come against and displeased the God of the Universe.
These innumerable earthquakes will not be reported by all earthquake reporting sites as some are under orders not to draw attention to Antarctica. Watch for earthquakes reported as the South Shetland Islands or Southern Atlantic but on the map are actually Antarctica. There will be a 7.7 that will be God actually setting foot on them telling them they have been weighed in the balance and found evil and it is judgment time. When you see the 7.7 know that advanced JUSTICE is here.”
Last Sunday 8/22/21, I preached on the Sovereign Throne of Justice. Psa. 9:4: You sat on the throne judging in righteousness. Psa. 97b: He has prepared His throne for judgment. 9:7: He shall judge the world in righteousness. He shall administer judgment for the peoples in uprightness.
On August 12, 2021, Antarctica (South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands were visited with a 7.7 earthquake (reported as a 7.7 by Germans). There have been over 200 earthquakes on the islands since August 12th. There has since been an 8.1, but the 7.7 was prophesied as the sign that God is visiting the earth in Justice.
Amos 7:7: Thus. He showed me: behold, the Lord stood on a wall made with a plumb line, with a plumb line in His hand. The Lord said to me, “Amos what do you see?” and I said, A plumb line.” Then the LORD said, “Behold I am setting a plumb line in the midst of My people Israel. I will not pass by them anymore.
There have been over 10,000 earthquakes on the earth in 2021, with the most deadly being in Haiti on August 16, 2021.
David Wilkerson prophesied: “Earthquakes are going to strike the United States and other parts of the world with growing intensity. Concern about earthquakes will be uppermost in forthcoming years. News about government scandals, news about war, and even economic problems will be completely overshadowed by earthquakes…The earth is actually going to shake and there will be numerous other earthquakes in various places throughout the world. This is one kind of judgment that cannot be explained by scientists. It is supernatural intervention into the affairs of men.”
“Catastrophic years lie just ahead when drought, floods and other weather disasters will wipe out great amounts of the world’s food production…Russia, India, Pakistan, all of southeast Asia, and Africa will be especially hard hit…Floods, hurricanes, tornados, and hailstorms will occur more frequently. Men will be talking about nature being “out of control.” Strange happenings in nature will baffle scientists. Earth eruptions, blood and moon haze, strange signs in the heavens such as cosmic storms.” (Described as solar superstorms in 2021.) These and other events never before seen will cause many to wonder.”
“Nature will unleash its fury with increasing intensity. There will be short periods of relief, but almost every day mankind will witness the wrath of nature somewhere in the world. These record-breaking changes will be above and beyond anything experienced in the past.
Floods, hurricanes, and tornadoes will destroy crops, animals, and much wildlife, driving prices even higher and causing some experts to suggest that nature is losing its balance.
Weather will become increasingly difficult to forecast. Sudden storms will appear without warning. Southern regions will be gripped by record cold waves (Texas - 2021) and Northern areas will experience record heat waves.” (1000-year heatwave in northwest U.S.A. 6/29/21).
Discerning people will have within them an innate knowledge that God is behind these strange events and is unleashing the fury of nature to force men into a mood of concern about eternal values. These violent reactions of nature will clearly be orchestrated by God to warn mankind of the coming days of wrath and judgment. It is almost as though all heaven is crying out, “Oh Earth, heed His call. He holds the pillars of earth in His hands. He will shake the Earth until his voice is heard. He rides King of the flood and LORD of the winds and rains.
“Mankind will yearn for a return to normal conditions, but the time is coming when there will be no return. God has aroused Himself as one who awakens from sleep. His anger is kindled toward stubborn and sinful men…The God of nature will use His judgments to reveal His power in warning mankind to flee from his wrath.”
I will add that I believe this judgment will also be against the religion of global warning which has attempted to break God’s seals over the seasons and the weather.
“Relief and disaster funds will become nearly depleted. Insurance companies will face huge losses. There is a limit to what national governments can afford. Unlimited funds are not available, the peoples of each nation will soon learn there will be no one left to turn to but God. Americans will be shocked to learn that disaster funds are exhausted.”
“In the aftermath of famine, floods, and earthquakes, mankind faces the threat of new epidemics. There will be a major cholera epidemic sweeping through various underdeveloped countries.” (Cholera is described as the seventh pandemic in the 21st century along with Yellow Fever, Ebola, Flu. Sars, Dengue Fever, Meningitis, COVID.)
This will prove to be mankind’s biggest war. It will be a war of nature against man.
The drastic weather changes will bring with them violent hailstorms. Unusual signs will appear in the heavens---blood, fire, vapors of smoke. I do not know the full significance of what Joel saw in his vision, but I do know that what I have seen (David Wilkerson) reinforces every one of those predictions. There will appear strange and baffling signs in the heavens and stars.
“When will all of these things take place? Can intelligent men with rational minds accept the idea of an angry God pouring out wrath upon the earth because of sin and corruption? Will we actually live to see the day that civilized people sit in front of a television set and see the news coverage of disastrous earthquakes that claim the lives of multiplied thousands? (Haiti 2021). Can we pass over all the present drastic weather changes as being nothing more than a cycle that the world is going through? After all, scientists can point out disasters two or three hundred years ago that are as tragic as anything described in this book.
I believe we have passed the point of no return. Almost every weather forecaster has added to his vocabulary words like unbelievable, 500-year, 1000-year record-breaking, strange, fantastic, unpredictable, unseasonable, unexpected, and unusual.”
Let us add to that supernatural.
“I do not know when all of these things will happen. They will not all happen simultaneously. These vials of wrath that God will pour upon the earth will be orchestrated by His supernatural hand. All that I am really sure of is the Holy Spirit has prompted me to warn everyone who will listen that these things are coming and conditions will worsen.”
“Some of the predictions in this particular part of my vision will happen in the next few years. Other disasters predicted are still future but will surely come. Of one thing you can be sure---there will be nothing but an overall worsening of weather conditions, an increase in earthquakes, and unexplainable disasters with only short periods of relief. That I know to be truth!” (David Wilkerson, The Vision and Beyond, Chapter 2, Drastic Weather Changes and Earthquakes.)
I have added comments as noted and summarized to fit this within a sermon structure. The words are exactly as printed. Everyone who knows me knows that I believe there will be supernatural provision made for the remnant in the midst of all these judgments. If when our time on earth is finished, it will never be Satan who takes us out, but we will go to Heaven peacefully in the arms of our Savior Jesus Christ.
I will close with Balaam’s prophecy in Numbers 24. Preachers tend to be hard on Balaam because his donkey had to correct him. The truth is, he stood in the word of the LORD and declared it even in the face of the threat of his life. I declare this over all the enemies of God and bless all whom God blesses.
Numbers 24: 4-17: The utterance of him who hears the words of God, who sees the vision of the Almighty, who falls down with eyes wide open: How lovely are your tents, O Jacob! Your dwellings, O Israel! Like valleys that stretch out, like gardens by the riverside, like aloes planted by the LORD, like cedars beside the waters. He shall pour water from his buckets, and his seed shall be in many waters. His king shall be higher than Agag, and his kingdom shall be exalted. God brings him out of Egypt. He has strength like a wild ox. He shall consume the nations, his enemies. He shall break their bones, and pierce them with his arrows. He bows down. He lies down as a lion; and as a lion, who shall rouse him? Blessed is he who blesses you, and cursed is he who curses you. Then Balak’s anger was aroused against Balaam. He struck his hands together. Balak said to Balaam, “I called you to curse my enemies, and look you have bountifully blessed them these three times! Now fleet to your place. I said would greatly honor you, but in fact, the LORD has kept you back from honor.” Balaam said, did I not also speak to your messengers whom you sent to me, saying “If Balak were to give me his house full of silver and gold, I could not go beyond the word of the LORD, to do good or bad of my own will. What the LORD says, that I must speak”?
