KERRVILLE
This past week, by the leading of the Holy Spirit and my own need to grieve with those who lost loved ones in the Guadalupe flood, I made an overnight journey to Kerrville, TX. We have all experienced the need to “weep with those who weep” (Ro. 12:15), even with strangers. I don’t personally know any of the families and/or children lost in the Guadalupe flood, but the Spirit of God within me wept with them. I wanted to be on-site and perhaps by divine providence, my prayers and presence lifted some of the grief off the people and their land. On a personal basis, a piece of my heart is deposited in Kerrville, my daughter and her husband own a home there. Kerrville and other towns around the Texas Hill Country sit peacefully amongst the hills, hidden under the native Cedar and Oak trees. The strong spirit of the people who live there have risen to “weep with those who weep,” and trust in God who holds all of us in His Hands. We have this comfort the 27 young girls who died (too young) were Christians and loved Jesus who loves them more.
I have a check prepared for Somebody Cares to help with the recovery efforts. This ministry is stewarded by Rev. Doug Stringer.
On Friday, we were able to view President Trump’s motorcade. I was accompanied on this trip by my nephew, his wife, and their son.
EPSTEIN FILES
On another note, I would be remiss as a Pastor not to mention the present Epstein File turmoil between the FBI and A.G. Pam Bondi. I ask our church to pray for President Trump and all Department heads involved that “Truth” will be released to the American people. If this is being held back for national security reasons having to do with other world leaders, then so advise the American public and we will understand and support that as common sense and wisdom.
We as prophets and intercessors are called to be a history maker to change the world. The Trump Cabinet are called to be history makers.
Prov. 11:3: The integrity of the upright shall guide them, but the willful contrariness and crookedness of the treacherous shall destroy them. (AMPC)
THE GIFT OF THE TITHE
As all of you will remember, I had a visitation on my birthday, May 15, 2025, with a commission to release two gifts to the Body of Christ:
l. “The Gift of Love” through which the LORD will be moving mightily to bring healing to His people.
2. “The Gift of Tithing” through which the LORD is moving to deliver His people from poverty and to bring them into prosperity.
I preached on The Gift of Love on May 25, 2025, with a promise to preach on “The Gift of The Tithe.”
Those who regularly attend this church know that we give out of the generosity of our heart, thanksgiving to God, and not under guilt, or financial obligation. I teach the curse of the tithe was broken at the Cross just as all the Old Testament curses were nailed to the Cross (Gal. 3:13). However, I believe we are still under the blessing of the tithe.
All of our giving is worship unto God with an offering of Love to our God and Savior, Jesus Christ.
The Freewill Offering ---THE THIRD DAY OFFERING --- 100-fold blessing. Lev. 22:18-29:
This is the offering by which this Church Fellowship gives and receives our Kingdom provision. Ministers of the Gospel who are still operating in the FIRST DAY or SECOND DAY Revelation of giving and receiving often make a statement to me asking a question, “You didn’t take an offering?!”. My reply is always the same, “The Lord has instructed us to have the offering ready when the minister arrives.” The people in our church give a “Freewill Offering.” This Offering was and is a spontaneous expression of praise to God in appreciation of what He has revealed Himself to be, rather than simply for what he has done or what we want Him to do. In the Vow and Freewill Offerings, the remainder of the flesh of the sacrifice was burned with fire on THE THIRD DAY.
Lev. 7:17: But the remainder of the flesh of the sacrifice on the third day shall be burned with fire.
For those who press on toward the mark of the high calling, it will cost us all of the fat of our flesh.
In our Church, the Lord has graced us to have no debt. When the Lord calls us to do a Kingdom work, He always pays for it. Money does not cause me stress, nor do I stress in pursuit of money. This my friends is the Peace of God that passes all understanding. Many think I am wealthy because I do not ever stress out over finances. Yes, I am rich in Faith that the Lord will provide. He has always provided. I have no reason to believe that he won’t continue providing. I have not always walked in this peace of mind. I don’t want to ever walk out of it. Ministers of the Gospel should not be beggars nor teach others to be beggars. Ministers of the gospel should not manipulate or use their office and/or gifts to intimidate people to give.
Many ministers who have been raised in the First- and Second-Day provision have an entitlement mentality toward people. No!! I say to you, your provision is not from the hand of people, but from the hand of the Lord. He will direct those whom He chooses to support His Kingdom work. We will never have to pull on anyone for Kingdom provision. Those Ministers who bring their own offering cans have received their reward. They are motivated by their own greed and insecurity.
This is the Faith of the Freewill Offering the Lord is calling the corporate church into in the Latter Days.
“The primary characteristic of the latter house of greater glory will be an unshakeable peace in the time of global shaking. Unshakeable peace and unbreakable relationships are a product of unbroken covenant, an undivided heart. This revelatory understanding of the end-time was given to Moses in the Peace offering and to the prophet Haggai. As a messenger of the Lord, both Moses and Haggai were able to peer into a window in the Spirit straight into the realm of the eternal Spirit. In this vision, Haggai was able to see the day and time when God would create a people for His name and pleasure---a glorious Church who would show forth the stability, prosperity, and permanence of the Lord’s unwavering Kingdom.” (preached 10/10/2010 by Carolyn Sissom)
It must be noted that as I prophesied this in 2010, that the vision releasing prosperity is in 2025 and both gifts, the Gift of Love and the Gift of the Tithe are released into the churches who are preaching the Kingdom of god.
2 Co. 9:6: This I say, He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity, for God loves a cheerful giver. God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.
Just as I trust all the promises of the Holy Bible, I trust the LORD to provide for me and for this church including the congregation.
Luke 6:38: Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that you mete withal, it shall be measured to your again.
This is a promise! It is a Kingdom principle. If we hold on to our money, it will disappear. If we give with a free heart and for the love of God, we reap bountifully.
Prov. 11:25: The generous soul will be made rich, and he who waters will also be watered himself.
Matthew 7:9-11: What man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone? Or if he ask for a fish, will he give him a serpent? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?
So, through the years, you have heard all the above when I preach on money and giving. No one is put under any obligation, guilt, or pressure to give anything but from the abundance of your heart. The Old Testament tithe was for the Levites (priests), widows, orphans, the poor, and strangers in need, as well as empowering ministry. Of course, they gave to the temple maintenance and furnishings of the temple.
As I pursue The Gift of the Tithe, for my own understanding, I am revisiting two other visions I had on the tithe.
1999/2000 - Pass Under The Rod Vision:
I had recently started the church in Texas. In the vision, I saw the Lord Jesus standing at the cattle-gate in a red robe with an out-stretched rod. He was standing under the big oak tree. Through the gate, sheep were coming in passing under the rod. Just down the road, there was a broken place in the fence. The sheep coming in through the broken-down fence were lost.
At the time, I interpreted the vision to mean we would have two kinds of people coming into the church, the “elect” and the “lost.”
Ezekiel 20: 37-38: I will cause you to pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant: I will purge out from among you the rebels, and them that transgress against me; I will bring them forth out of the country where they sojourn (K.J.V.).
However, this also applies to the tithe.
Leviticus 27:32: Concerning the tithe of the herd or the flock, of whatever passes under the rod, the tenth one shall be holy to the LORD.
As I consider the vision and visitation 25-years later, Lord as many have passed under your rod for all these many-years, and we who you called to build your Kingdom-church have passed under that rod through many trials, tests, and trouble, have we been faithful to the bond of your covenant? Is this the Holy Remnant you have chosen for such a time as this? Is this the powerful warriors in this church you have brought together?
4/20/2001- - THE TEREBINTH TREE
I was attending a conference of a large Para-church ministry. This is a Charismatic assembly that has been greatly used by the Lord since the time of the Charismatic renewal. This date would have been a few days after Easter 2001.
During worship at that assembly, I saw in the Spirit a hollowed-out stump—burned in the center. The Lord said, “Terebinth tree.”
Isaiah 6:13: But yet in it shall be a tenth, and it shall return, and shall be eaten; as teil (Terebinth) tree, and as an oak, whose substance is in them, when they cast their leaves so the holy seed shall be the substance thereof.
Since that time, this organization, as well as most of the Charismatic movement, has been judged by God and the Holy Seed of that movement is now producing the fruit of the Kingdom of God.
Job 14:7: For there is hope for a tree, if it is cut down, then it will sprout again, its tender shoots will not cease though its root may grow old in the earth and its stump may die in the ground, yet at the scent of water it will bud and bring forth branches like a plant.
In 2001, I preached a message as a result of the vision on the Terebinth Tree: “The Tenth.” The Holy Seed (the elect remnant) is the stump and substance of Israel and the Church which is Spiritual Israel.
The remnant in Isaiah 6:13 is noted to be a tithe. Tithing is in three dimensions: Body, Soul, and Spirit:
1. The natural realm is the tithe of our finances.
2. The soul realm has to do with the giving of Faith, Love, Joy, Kindness, Goodness, long-suffering, Mercy, Grace, Peace, and self to the Lord and each other.
3. The Spirit realm has to do with a people who are becoming the tithe of the Lord (Lev. 27:32). This is the Holy Remnant.
In them is the Holy Seed! These are the Bread of God eaten by Him! These will pass through the fire!
Then Isaiah was told that a tenth, a small remnant of people, would be saved but by fire. A remnant would return and a holy posterity (the Seed of God---the royal Seed – Gen. 3:15) would survive in Whom the ultimate hope of God’s people would rest and in Whom the Covenants and promises would be realized. Jesus was the SEED of Abraham and David.
The Terebinth or turpentine tree---here translated the teil tree is an evergreen with the exception that in very severe and inclement weather it loses its leaves; but even then, the Terebinth tree is not dead. And so, of the Palestinian oak, it loses its leaves every winter, standing naked and bare, without any sign of life, its roots buried in the hard and frozen soil, and its naked branches exposed without a bloom or a bud; yet the substance is in the tree when the leaves are gone.
The church of God and the Israel of God shall never be destroyed; they shall be like the Terebinth tree and the oak, whose substance is in them, when they cast their leaves; so, the holy seed shall be the substance thereof.”
We are breaking forth into a new day, a time of supernatural healing, supernatural prosperity and provision for God’s people. A supernatural authority over poverty.
Thank you, Lord, for keeping me alive long enough to see these visions come into greater light. Guide me LORD to see the light of your path and only follow that light. Lord Jesus, I am very grateful to see it by vision and preach it. May I be permitted to see and experience the power and might of your WORD!
UNSHAKEABLE PEACE

The unveiling of truth, complete and fulfilled.

You shall walk in My power, becoming My will.
I will be glorified. You will be My sweet fragrance,
All the winds of the earth shall then carry abroad.
This aroma of holiness to all lands and all nations,
They shall see in My people; truly I am your God.
I will be glorified; in your midst I will prosper,
When the earth groans with fear, you shall be My release.
I will prove My great power and will give you this hour,
In the time of great shaking, My unshakeable peace…
